add rewind and fast forward functionality to the main player

It would be nice to be able to seek through a track, this could be useful if someone were either wanting to replay a segment, as I've seen done in sports and morning shows, or if they want to fast forward to a particular part of the track. I would find it useful in a teaching situation so that I could demonstrate how different settings effect transitions. The segue editor works for this to a point, but doesn't product the same result in several cases.

You can seek a track by right-clicking the Nowplaying bar. It's not available via a hot key though, so this feature is not accessible. We'll do something about it in the future updates.

Assignable hot keys should be enough. Just as comma and period decrease and increase the volume by default, perhaps control comma and control period could rewind or fast forward.
