Advanced dialog inaccessible to screen reading software

The advanced settings dialog, which can be reached in general settings, is not accessible. I can arrow up and down to hear values like true, false, and numbers, but I have no idea what setting I would be changing if I ever adjusted any of those values.

Yes, this is a known limitation, and it's going to be fixed in one of the next updates. Please note than in majority of cases, there's no need to adjust anything in the advanced section.
