Cannot Go Live?

Hi, I have just registered with Radio Boss and then downloaded the Radio Boss app, I'm currently on the 5 hour trial period, I have followed the instructions regarding entering all the relevant info needed to go live on the app but i keep getting an error 40 message. Can anyone advise on this please? Thanks very much.

error 40 message

This means network timeout. Reasons is either the connection is blocked by antivirus/firewall software, or server address/port/other connection details are wrong.
