The program I use is called "VOICE" and it is executed by command line, calling an executable that reads the text file title artist and converts it into a wav or mp3 file that It would be ideal to use it as an autointro for example.

Currently this is not possible with RadioBOSS. It can send notifications via HTTP when a track is played: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/http_request.htm

But it can't run commands.
