I did mention this before but are we closer to having plugins separate from Mic\ soundcard, I did mention that if enable stereo tools it affects the Mic.

The other nice feature would be "calculate start time" to a set position and to stay on "00:00" so one can move songs about below it and the time on the first track stays.

I can't promise anything yet - but I think it will be possible to process music and mic separately in one of the updates that are planned for this year

You can right-click a track (eg. first track in the playlist), select "Calculate start time" and set the desired start time.
