One of the biggest issues is when a request comes in not having the song, what would be great if radio boss had a link that would be connected to Spotify or YouTube as to were you can import the song right into the current play list, or a search facility that would find your song and download it right away.

Yes, something like this is planned for the future. The problem is music sources, most of them do not allow commercial software to use them. Probably we'll have to make this feature a separate download and make appropriate credits. This is planned for RadioBOSS 5.4.
