Express version

I've been through the discussions so far, but I have not found a definite answer - I have a question about the difference between the express and the standard of Radioboss.
The standard version has the option "Internet Streaming in multiple audio codecs / bitrates simultaneously" which does not have the express version. Does the express version have no codec, even for a single stream?

RadioBOSS Express does not support broadcasting completely.
