Hi I'm currently evaluating your software for our radio station, I have a problem in songs & ads fading in, and I know I can manually adjust it but, migrating 24,000 songs would be a pain, is there a way not have my songs, jingles & commercials fade in?

You can set fade-ins on Settings menu ->> Playback >> Miscellaneous and Remove gaps too
