Currently in RadioBOSS not possible play any losless format with ID tag support. Correct ?
For future version will be great to support FLAC format. What you thing ?
There are plugins to support additional file types, uncluding FLAC: http://www.djsoft.net/enu/download.htm (scroll to the bottom of page).
I'm not sure if it will read the tags, but it will play the music for sure.
