FTP error: Too many connections. Service temporarily unavailable.

[RADIO ON THE BEAT]

Yesterday for about two hours this message appeared in the control room, what does it mean in simple words? I use Centova for the stream, but the radio was listened to normally

FTP export is enabled in the settings https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/log_files___reports.htm but the server to which RadioBOSS is trying to connect to, does not allow any more connections.
