ideas for auxiliary players

Since I started working 5.0.3.2 RB with auxiliary players to edit lists, and i like it because while I see and work with the list air.
For lack of a "Save" button (not save as) today reproduction Replace a list of ought not.
and I had to return to backup a week ago ago, lost modifaciones I made to the list in these last days.
I know the players auxiliary space is very limited, but I've been thinking about ideas that I believe very practical, plus you do not add more buttons to the interface:

1 - Pressing the button "Save" popup menu opens. This allows you to save the playlist being edited or "Save As" (current behavior)

2- It would be very useful to have the latest top 10 lists we work, like the main player. this saves a lot of time browsing directories.
Also one popup menu would be nice here.

3- It would be nice to edit tags. drag and drop into the tag editor would suffice.

Thanks

1, 2 - will be added in the future versions.

3 - You can right-click on a track and select Track Tool to edit tag information.

Can you please give more information on why Save As button is not good enough?

the situancion is:
1-I open a list that I want to change.
We perform 2-modified.
3-basket save changes.
4-I press the save button and get a poster of "Save As" and should replace the original list.
This is very uncomfortable and are prone to accidentally replace lists.

With the idea that I set up popup menu would be great. :)

But if we add a Save button, it will replace the original list with no questions - that's why I don't understand how the Save button is supposed to save the original list... Maybe we could simply add a question like "The file already exists, do you want to overwrite it"?

My idea is this:
By clicking the "Save" button, a popup menu that we have two options open:

1 - Save the changes to the list.
By the way, the button might be called: Save + @listname
Another current limitation is that we can not know the name of the list you are working. (in what is main player, however, shown in the title bar)
and this can sometimes generate confucion.
but with a button that also report the name of the list to save, would be solved.

2 - Save As

Please look at the first image.

but one question as you suggest can also be a good idea

I think the Save feature should behave in a standard way, like it does in any programs like MS Office.

What will be changed:
- the Save will now ask if you want to overwrite a file
- it will remember the playlist name you're working with so you save/open the same playlist always

No if I was clear where the problem is:
for now we have to navigate directories, just to save the changes to a list that we have opened previamiente.

So we would have to not ask where to save, as it currently does.
This creates two problems:
1 - is uncomfortable browse directories
2 - It is prone to mistakes and thus when we want to just save the changes, we are wrong and the other list is overwritten.

If that would be great!  :D

I'm just thinking it would be good to see all the time the name of the list with this work.

The problem is that there is no place to report this, I have not many ideas for this.
the only thing I can think of is to replace the name of the tab with the name of the list is open.

this contradicts my first request from a history list on the button to open.
You are right that the buttons already have a standardized behavior.
but I can not think of another way to implement this without adding more things to the interface.

You'll see the name when you're saving the playlist. You're right, currently there's no good place to indicate the playlist name...

For the Open playlist history, I think something can be arranged in this regard.
