Instances per license upgrade

I have RB running on two separate PCs on the same network that has "new versions available". I purchased a year of updates thru 2025. It updated one PC but the other PC wants me to purchase another year of updates. In the past I could update 3 PCs. Any suggestions?

It should also pick up the updated subscription automatically. In case this didn't happen, please re-enter your key from the Help->Enter registration code menu.
