Looping RadioBoss through EAS and bringing it back in from streaming

Hi

In order to get RadioBoss to our transmitter we have to take the computer headset out to feed an EAS Box pretty straight forward. But we feed our transmitter from our RadioBoss Stream so we have to bring the EAS feed, which has a loop though, back to the computer. We are using an external second sound card. Does it matter if we us the external sound card or the built in sound card for the EAS loop through? If not how do we point the RadioBoss stream at the EAS signal coming back into the RadioBoss program, now with EAS announcements included?
