ound goes 0ff when using mic

I am trying to run my station live with a 16 track board and every thing works just fine, except when I turn on the mic with Radioboss my sound shuts off for the music and also I really can't see nothing when I turn on the mic, can you tell me if I can leave the music on?

Please check MIC button settings, you can configure the music level when MIC is on.

I am running 4.9.0.11 and can not turn it on with the mic input?

I'm afraid version 4.9 is very old, and we can't provide support for it - I suggest you updating to the latest version.

For the MIC problem, you need to make sure the settings are correct, the correct input is selected (and as I recall, there was a bug in 4.9, and you need to make sure the same device is not selected for any other inputs, line 1 and line 2).
