Playback dont Start. Error Code 23

Hi Guys,

i have a problem with my RB. I use win10 and version 5.6.1.0. Everytime i click on the speaker symbol in my playlist to prelisten a song, popup a window that say that the playback tool could not start and the error code 23 is showing. I tryed to find out what the error code want to tell me, but i cant find any information to fix the problem.
please help me and thanks in advance

Sorry, but you should check the date,
the problem was solved almost 5 years ago.
The solution and the problem have nothing to do with the 5 points you listed.

Hello Everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my RB. I’m using Windows 10 and version 5.6.1.0. Whenever I click on the speaker icon in my playlist to preview a song, a window pops up saying the playback tool couldn’t start and shows error code 23.
