Problem with programmed tracks

Hi, I have a problem with the event planner.
I have 4 files in order to play, namely:

1. Opening Jingle
2. Time Signal
3. Closing Jingle
4. Jingles Medium Ramp

But sometimes it (Jingles medium Ramp) is not played.

In short the fourth scheduled track is not played.
Do you know why?

(all the time signal events are the same, they are duplicated)

You should check the Logs (bottom left corner) if there are any errors when playing this jingle. Or maybe another event starts before this jingle gets a chance to play. This will also be in the logs.

Hi, There were no errors of any kind in the log in the last 24 hours.
The file does not play, as you can see from the attached photo, RadioBOSS imports 4 tracks and sometimes 3.
Is it a bug? Can you check?

There are no other things scheduled, but only time signals at minute .58 of each hour.
So I do not know why this happens.

Is there any manual intervention, e.g. adding tracks to the queue, or moving tracks in the playlist? It says that the 4 tracks are loaded, and that is correct. So it will play them all unless something in the playlist is changed. Please check what happens in the playlist window when this event is playing.

The 4th file is in the playlist, what happens when it's about to play, is it just skipped?

Hi, I have nagged Dimitri about this, but he likes it the way it is. it does not commence the two-hour playlist from the starting point but from the clock so playlists get chopped

RadioBOSS always plays playlists in full, this is standard behavior. They may not play in full due to events starting, manual track rearrangement, and other actions.
