RadioBoss 6.2.4.2 instable

Since the 6.2.4.2 update the studio radioboss is unstable, it crashes and restarts on its own.
I have no error message in the software.
Windows server does not report any errors to me in the event viewer.
The studio freezes and restarts.
The same problem is present in all instances on several different machines

We can't reproduce those problems here, so I'm not sure what happens. There should be an error message or something in case it crashes. Please click Help->Contact support->Send bug reports.

What happens if you add an item there, does it show an error?

Typically, when there are that many issues at once, it either has something to do with hardware failure, or it's antivirus software that suddenly became "overprotective".

For the events schedulers, I had to recreate them by hand ...
I did not make any changes to the antivirus. I can to check ...
For the moment stability has returned.
 
I checked the antivirus there is no interaction with radioboss.
And since the update I have an instability on all the studios that I didn't have before.

As we can see radioboss does not report the problem.
For some unidentified reason the studio freeze crashes and restarts.

I will have to go back to version 6.2.3.2

Only radioboss freeze, the server does not do any particular action in the windows observer.
Antivirus is always Windows defender.
The machines are only used on average at 50% CPU, RAM.
In the options of radioboss the priorities are high.

Do you use any VST or DSP plugins with RadioBOSS?
 
Lo abbiamo testato molto con Windows Defender e non è certo un problema. Al momento non vedo quale possa essere il problema. Fai clic su Aiuto->Contatta l'assistenza->Invia segnalazioni di bug - potrebbero esserci alcune segnalazioni che ti aiuteranno a capire cosa c'è che non va.

Instances have VST others DSP but the reactions are the same ...

We did some testing, but not very extensive. From what I recall we kept it running for about three weeks and there were no problem.

Please try without any of the plugins. Maybe they are the issue.
