Relay Backup URK

Hi, Is there a possibility that a future version of RB can have a relay backup url. The rationale is that, in the case the relay fails for a specific url, a backup url can become the relay url and once first url becomes available once again it reverts back to this.

If you only relay and don't play own material, you can achieve it by putting the "reserve" URL into the playlist and start its playback. When the main Relay is unplayable for some reason, it will fall back to what's playing in the playlist.

In the future versions we plan to add a second source for relay, for backup purposes.
