scheduler off/on

I have a suggestion – when the event command scheduler off disables the Scheduler list, it would be good if this does not apply to the event scheduler on command. Because when the Scheduler list is disabled, the scheduler on command cannot be activated as an event.

This is exactly how the scheduler off works: it does not turn the scheduler off completely, it only suspends it so it can still run scheduler on events.

From the docs: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/scheduler_commands.htm
scheduler off — suspend the scheduler. No events will be started except for ones with the “scheduler on” command. Optionally, a timeout in minutes can be specified to re-enable the scheduler, e.g. scheduler off 15 - suspend the scheduler for 15 minutes.

Aha, great. I was confused when I saw that the "scheduler on" event also changed its color to gray (disabled). Maybe solve it so that the "scheduler on" command doesn't turn gray but stays in black text. So it doesn't confuse people.

The "On" checkbox shows the actual state: checked/unchecked/greyed. Where the greyed is when it's suspended.
