TURN OFF All Fading

I run fully automatic. I have discovered I CANNOT turn off all fading.
I have never set up fades....I don't want or need fades, I want ALL, meaning everyone of my .mp3's to play to the end of file without overlapping with any other file. WHY is this so difficult??? Can anyone help.....I would appreciate it.

Crossfading can be disabled here: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/crossfades.htm
If you want to play files in full, you probably should also disable Gap Killer to prevent RadioBOSS from removing silence from the beginning and end of the music tracks: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/miscellaneous.htm

yep, I have done BOTH of those and YET MOST tracks will overlap one another....for some darn reason.....this is what is so perplexing... turned off gab killer, and turned off FADES and YET it still happens, one .mp3 starting BEFORE the end of the previous .mp3. I run total automation, owned most pay broadcast platforms and so far RB is the best. Just have this bug to figure out. It even shows in the ON IAR VU at top....it will show the last few seconds grayed out where the next track is going to start over the tail end of the previous track.

If the crossfades are off but you still see tracks overlapping, it can be due to the following:
