two cards on air

hi
is there any way to set-up two cards playing on air? (1st position on the top of the list of 'playing'). Or take a sound from localhost (wthat's adress of stream)? I need trasmit live on FB by OBS studio at once with stream on my stream serv, but without delay.

You can make it play on two sound cards: enable the Monitor sound card in playback settings: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/playback.htm

On your screenshot I see that you set up internal server - you can listen to its stream using this link: http://localhost:8000
