Windows 11 problem

hello, I have a new Win 11 system and I can't talk in radio boss. I have a problem with the driver and audio. I have a small mixer on usb and it doesn't work for me like on the previous windows 10. is there a trick to this? how to set the sound card? thanks in advance for help

What error message does it show when you try to use this device in RadioBOSS?

Hi Lux. I have it running on Windows 11 with Scarlet USB it works fine you might find windows 11 drivers on the audio mixers website if not there might be a generic one that works. Have you tried the windows 10 driver it probably won't be x64 bit which might be your problem? What is the mixer you have? .

just bought a tascam us-42b audio interface - I can hear both music and my speak but when I try to make a voicetrack it fails - anybody who has a solution ?

Everything in the interface and radioboss must be at the same sample rate. If it's not, you will either get an error, or get a file that plays back either too fast or slow. Are you able to monitor your input through radioboss? Also, are you using asio as your audio system? Although wasapi is quite good these days, asio is still better.

Everything in the interface and radioboss must be at the same sample rate. If it's not, you will either get an error, or get a file that plays back either too fast or slow.

There's no such requirement, when initializing a device, RadioBOSS requests the desired sample rate. After the file is recorded, its sample rate is stored in the file. During playback, it will convert (resample) the file if needed.
