OUT OF MEMORY ON REPORT GENERATION

Hello,

I'm trying to export the list of songs ( report ) that played in 2024 (1.01.24 - 31.12.24) and it shows me the message "out of memory", I should note that on the same computer I have other installations of RB and they work normally without any problem.

Can I do something to avoid having to get them out month by month?
Version now 7.0.8.0

In order to create a report, Report Generator will load all report files into memory and then process them. You seem to be creating a report for the whole report, and this is a lot of data - probably that's why you have this error. If possible, please change the reporting period.

Yes i understand that but like i say before on the same computer I have other installations of RB and they work normally without any problem when i try to get the report for all previous years. That's why i ask !

One way to test it here would be to use the actual report files that cause this. Please click Settings, Open Settings Folder, then archive the Reports folder and send it to us: support@djsoft.net

The core issue here is the amount of records in the reports. Some of the instances could have larger reports due to error messages, e.g. there may have been thousands of error messages about connecting to a server that failed.
