Automatic intro ids do not work in video files

hello friends I'm trying out your software for purchase and I'm really interested in the video playback feature. The videos that I have tested work well, however, when integrating voiceovers (ids) in the tracks with video, the ids do not play. If I go to the configuration panel and deactivate the video function there, it can play the voiceovers (ids). Why does this happen? For us it is important to add voiceovers to each video to make the broadcast more professional.

Voice tracking will not really work with videos, you can insert any regular audio files in between the videos, and they will play.
