caducidad de la suscripción

Saludos a todos Nosé si a alguien le ha pasado alguna vez. Se nos ha caducado nuestra suscripción a radioboss. el motivo es que pensábamos que teníamos una renovación automática y lo cargarían a la tarjeta directamente y no nos ha llegado el correo de la factura de renovación (ni en SPAM).
¿Hay alguna forma de renovarla automáticamente manteniendo los mismos datos y programación en el radioboss? haríamos el pago inmediatamente.
