Change TTS Voice

Hi i've been trying to change the TTS voice from the default one. I changed it in the Windows settings. Still no luck. What am I missing? Please advise. Thank you

Can you please specify what happens when you change the voice, does it still play with the default voice? What RadioBOSS version do you use?
