Crossfade Issue for Me ...

Mix point checked... Fine. But the fade out should be a global value... 2 or 3 seconds. Regardless of the point in the song where I placed my mix point.

Maybe the time set on mix at fadeout should happen regardless of whatever is set in tracktool.
Changing this will break other user's setups that expect certain behavior. If you use the Track Tool to set the mix point, it will be a good idea to also set the Fade Out point to ensure it starts fading out when you need it.

When "Start fading out on mix", it will use the global "Fade Out" setting as a fade out duration. But there are exceptions:
  • If you have Fade Out set in Track Tool, it will calculate the fading duration based on that
  • If the following track has Mix Start set, it will also modify the fade out and its duration

I think I know what to do from this explanation

Good morning
who can help me understand the mixes for the Mp4 files (video) all the music plays well but the videos do not respect the start, the mix point and only play at the end of the clip, the red bar of mix point does not appear. tell me if this is normal since it is Radio software?

It's a limitation of how videos are handled in RadioBOSS, they are not crossfaded. Maybe in the future we will improve it.
