Custom PCM Encoder

I hope someone may be able to assist. I need to set up a internal server type custom encoder for a PCM 12Khz 16bit mono little endian stream to be accessed by a remote Barix box. Sample rate is 48000 and Bit Rate 192. Not sure what the encoder code and Mime Type (assume audio/pcm) is. Any help with this would be wholeheartedly appreciated.

In this case, the audio will be in 16bit sample format, stereo, and sample rate will be as set in Settings->Playback->Main sound card.

For mime type, I don't think it matters in this case, you can set there "audio/raw".
