No servers were down. Domain's DNS servers were changed, this lead to temporary DNS resolving problems in some areas, until new server names are updated everywhere. Currently we tested server access from different locations and there are no problems detected.

The servers are not down. In extremely rare cases they may be temporarily inaccessible from some locations, due to DNS caching. Even if you can't access the control panel the radio still works and listeners are able to connect to it.
