Enabling or disabling FX VST DSP plugin via scheduler action or command

Sometimes i need to enable or disable a spesific vst like stereo to mono or noise canselling plugin for some old recordings.
Is there any way to do this using scheduler?

Currently there's no way to do it, we'll consider adding those commands in the next major update.
