Encorder Button Missing

Hello,

i have doing the new Version of RB on a new PC. (First Installation)
now i saerching for the encorder button.

When i go on the "Settings" "Brodcast" there is no more Button "+" "-" an encoder!

I find it nowhere!!

This happens on some computers, we're working to fix this problem ASAP - an update should be released within 1-2 days.
