erro no modulo comercial

a todo momento aparece uma janela a frete do rádio boss dizendo que o arquivo esta sendo utilizado em outro processo, esta mensagem esta relacionada com a playlist de comercial , pois mostra a hora e o bloco que esta dando o erro, pois verifiquei e esta tudo ok mais o erro permanece

Olá, sempre aparece uma mensagem de erro em um bloco comercial, sempre o mesmo bloco, domingo às zero horas, toda vez aparece que o arquivo está sendo usado por outro processo

Please try if actually some other process is using it. Alternatively, you can try changing the export folder to see if it will work there.

In this case you need to check what other software is using those playlist files. Maybe use an utility like this to see what program locks the file: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/opened_files_view.html
