I seem to have an error when loading tracks via FTP. The full file size loads to the server/folder but the timestamp shows as 00:00 and I am unable to pre-listen. Is this a known error or something happening wrong via upload? Thank you.

Looks like the music file is unplayable, that's why its duration is shown as zero and it can't be prelistened. If you upload the same file but using the Media section, will it work?
