I sometimes use the loops function whiles talking and be nice to view the play list at the same time, could the loops page be made floating? or a way that one can view playlist page and loops at the same time

Do you refer to cart wall? If so, you can activate second zone (Viee menu, Work zones), use the cart wall there and have the playlist on the same screen.
