FTP error: Read timed out

Good morning, I'm trying to upload both the album cover and the singer's name and song title to my website via FTP settings. I'll start by saying that until yesterday it was working perfectly, but since this morning I've been getting this error: "FTP error: Read timed out.", (Radioboss version 7.0.8).. see image

The problem is with either FTP server (it's down/off/doesn't accept connections for some reason) or RadioBOSS is blocked by antivirus/firewall on your computer, or there's some network error in between.
