Izotope RX 10 vst plugins with RadioBoss

I need to use RX 10 Voice De-noise plugin for some old noisy radio recordings.
Audacity works ok with this using it as realtime effect, ERA6 also is working well, but no luck with Izotope RX 10 and RadioBoss.
Any way to do this, or any other de-noise and stereo to mono on the fly vst?

If it's supplied as "shell" VST plugins, those are not supported in RadioBOSS. Please also ensure that architecture matches - both RadioBOSS and the plugin must have the same bitness (e.g. use 64-bit plugin for 64-bit RadioBOSS).

yes stereo tool has modules at extra cost to do that and clean up files.
