Kathegory Groups

I wish that categories could also be organized into groups, similar to events. This would be advantageous, especially when organizing music, but also, for example, voice tracks. For several shows, I have different directories for voice tracks. The reason for this is various settings, music beds, etc. As a result, a lot of disorganized piles of categories are created that could be neatly organized with the help of groups.

Can you please specify what are the categories, the ones you create in the Playlist Generator?

I actually meant the track categories, but sure, it also makes sense for the categories in Playlist Generator Pro.

You mean the file types. We can extend the list, but usually there are not that many to add groups for them. Still, we'll consider this for the future.

Yes, that's right, I meant the file types. I was a bit confused because in the German version, the file types section in the settings is labeled as "Categories." Sure, there are many users who don’t use a lot of file types, but in our case, we deal with quite a large number, and at some point, it becomes cluttered—especially if you can't or can only partially work with color coding. I can manage to some extent with 5% vision, but some of my team members are blind, which makes it difficult. That's why groups might actually be useful.

In Playlist Generator Pro, groups do exist, but as far as I know, they can't be collapsed, and all presets are always displayed. With hourly playlists and some special playlists, we have around 200 presets, which makes it very cluttered as well. Maybe there's a way to make this a bit more organized.
