Logo Inside Radio Boss Streaming

Hi There,
Few day ago I was purchased RadioBoss Cloud for a streaming.
Everything is working fine, I added a logo for album playlist and working well, but I tried to added a logo with same logo and with format PNG with size 500x500 but it won't work ..., this for main logo, I have save once upload it picture logo and try few times to re-upload but still won't work.
Please let me know what is happen and what is wrong there.
