Scroll Bar for Presets

I have alot of teaser presets and I am unable to access some of them due to the fact that they are hidden. There seems to be no scroll bar available for me to access the hidden presets that lie outside what is visible on the screen due to their number. Even using the mouse scroll wheel doesn't work to bring up the hidden presets. Kindly advise. Or if there is no scroll bar, I would suggest adding one.

As this is a popup menu, the scroll buttons should appear at the top and bottom. If there are none, please try switching to the standard (light) theme, do they appear after that?
