Show Timestamp While Scrubbing in Now Playing Bar

It would be great if the "Now Playing" bar could display a live, moving timestamp while dragging the progress indicator—so we can see exactly what time we're hovering over before releasing it.


This would help users skip to an exact moment in a track (for example, 1:42) by showing the timestamp in real time as we scrub through the track, rather than just guessing or releasing and adjusting repeatedly.

Is it possible to apply the same thing to the overlay player .
Also when you paly a playlist as an event choosing the option of overlay playback, is it possible to be able to modify the tracks playing like you do in a normal playlist?

Yes, I think so - noted for the future versions.

The overlay player is a very simple player. We'll see if adding drag-n-drop capability there is practically possible.
