Stop Commands in Playlist

Hi there. I am enjoying 4.5. Well done!

I recently ran a radio training course, and I noticed that with RadioBOSS, I am not able to insert stop points in the playlist in advance.

My students are taught to create their playlists before they go on air. The beginner announcers have a lot to think about (levels, what to say etc), and they often forget to push the B button to insert a break after the current song.

Is it possible to have some means of inserting break / stop commands at the desired places in the playlist when it is created, so when the player gets to these, it stops automatically?

Alternatively, is there a function I have overlooked that will do this already?

I was sure there's a feature to add commands to playlist... But for some reason it was removed when 4.0 version was introduced. This will be re-added in the RadioBOSS 4.5.1 update - it'll be possible to use the same commands as scheduler have from the playlist.

The machine correctly stops when it gets to the STOP command. However, I have to hit play twice to re start the playlist.

For a live announcer, once would be preferable.

Is this a big thing to change?

Also, how possible would it be to insert stop commands into a playlist template in Generator Pro? That way, Gen Pro would automatically insert the stop commands for us at the stipulated places in the playlist.

Just an idea. Appreciate your thoughts.

Not big, it'll be changed soon, in the next update probably.

Good idea, added it to request list. It might go to the 4.5.3 version, as there is a huge amount of requests/bugs already...
