Since the last update (Radioboss 7.0.6.2) every advertisement spot we put on Ads scheduler section doesn’t obey on any rule from insert position roll down menu in event properties tab. The spot run without waiting current track to finished even we DO NOT have checked the proper tab (run without waiting current track to finished).

Our program is without ads.
Any solution ?
We need your help.

The only change in this update for the Ads Scheduler is fixing a bug where it did not remember what groups were expanded or collapsed. It did not change the way how the ads are processed (compared to version 7.0.5 at least). Are you sure this doesn't work right? If so, please provide more details on how it's wrong.

Did you mean that the Priority setting is not respected when ads playlists are created?

Any kind of selection we make under the insert position roll-down menu in the event properties tab will stay and appear visually when the ads playlist is created, but the result during the execution time is the spot runs without waiting current track to finish.

We have 7.0.6.3 installed but it isn't behaving to our expected rules. The ads scheduled automatically fires off, even if nothing is playing (which isn't supposed to happen).

We haven't changed any settings.

A couple of things redacted for privacy but the highlighted items shows the ads scheduler firing off automatically at 9:19, 9:39, 9:59. It is supposed to sit and wait for the presenter to fire it off (but load in scheduled items).

Checking this but the problem does not confirm. With "Legacy..." option enabled, the event is inserted into the playlist. But if the playlist was stopped, the playback does not start.

Version 7.0.6.3 is automatically playing the scheduled breaks. Version 7.0.4.0 which I downgraded all of the PCs to, does not. The settings have not been changed in the software between updates.

We have news breaks that auto started as well as soon as they were loaded in at xx:59th minute. The playback was stopped manually by the presenter when it auto fired.

It is auto firing when it we have instructed it not to.

The only case when such an event can start playing, if the playlist was stopped, but the playing track is still fading out - this is considered as "playing" playlist since 7.0.6, but it was treated as "stopped" playlist state before this version. Is this the case?

I assume it's something to do with how this mechanism decides, as it's been fine since downgrading. but we didn't have anything fading out when the scheduled breaks auto fired

We couldn't reproduce it here, the event does not start playing here if the playlist is stopped, it's only inserted into the playlist after the last played track. The relevant code part was also inspected and seems fine, apart form handling the edge case differently (when playing track is mixing/fading out, it's now considered, correctly, as still playing, compared to how previous versions treated it as "stopped") - the rest is the same as in previous versions. You can try the most recent RadioBOSS 7.0.7.
