Backing up!

I'm in the midst of doing a backup. We automate a radio station - music, IDs, spot, etc. - so there are tons of mp3's. So, I go to settings, and I want to back up my files, which I figure includes the mp3's, which I will restore on another PC. I do this, and the backup takes a second and it's this *.db file, and it's puny. It doesn't serve a purpose, and it is not even coming up as an option when I am restoring on the target PC. I also do a backup - restore settings - and it's substantial. Zip file. I restore on the target PC, and it populates the program, but the audio file (mp3's) are no where, so the program is loading empty data.

Okay, I am probably not explaining this well. Nonetheless, what I want to do with my second license is backup our current system, because I am pretty certain it could fail and we'd have radio silence. It's always wise to back up systems.

Any help would be appreciated, and thank in advance. My experience with backup and restores is that you replicate a system so that you effectively have two.
