How to use VST plugins? None showing in the fx box

I have 2 'suites' of VST in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 The plugins are working, in StudioOne. in Radioboss, I have the correct dir selected, but I dont have any plugins except the stock 3. Also, I am not able to change the location of the Winamp plugins: the 'open folder' button works but the 3 dots dont and the text box is not changeable.

What can I troubleshoot? Is it because the RadioBoss (7.0.8.0 x64) on this machine (Win 10) is un registered?

The Winamp directory is fixed, because many of those plugins are hard coded to be run from \Plugins folder.

RadioBOSS only supports VST2 and not VST3.

Ok, and it seems like it has to be VST2 in 64 bit, yes? Or maybe it's just that it wont drill down into folders, the vst .dll has to be in the root of the specified folder.

If you use RadioBOSS x64 then 64-bit, for a 32-bit RadioBOSS plugins must also be 32-bit.
