Does the Mic Prebuffer setting apply to the microphone only or also to Line.In, Line2.In and Line3.In?

To complement. I have changed the parameter "Mic - WASAPI Prebuffer (ms)" to different values and in Virtual Audio Cable the value "Buf dur" and "MS dur" are always the same. As a note, I am having small interruptions (approximately 200ms) in the audio every 20 minutes or more.

It's applied to all the inputs.

Maybe it's VAC driver issue.
The "Prebuffer" value you set in RadioBOSS is used for input/mic playback startup - it will fill up to specified amount of milliseconds before staring playback. It does not send this value to the driver or anywhere.
