Problem with the Segue Editor.

Hi, I am using your latest version and I have encountered this problem with Segue Editor.

it basically doesn't respect the MIX point of the second track (the one in the middle). And as you can see from track tool I put the IN and MIX points at the second 0, since it's an FX (separator) the two marks must be on the same position.

Hi, I leave you a video.
Watch it all the way to the end, because there are other things that are not right.
For example a slow fade in if I move the IN point from the Segue Editor.
Thank you. About the second half of the video, please note that this setup is incorrect: tracks must either overlap or follow each other, blank space as on the video will not work and is not correct.
