It appears that it somehow failed to correctly apply the time zone configuration. Does it work properly now or the problem still there?

Can you please specify the account user name to check and what events do not run? Do they run now or it still fails?

I have gone through my schedule and clicked ok on each one. This seems to of cleared the problem. I have noticed that i was having a time zone problem. Thanks for the reply.

Hi, unfortunately the problem has occurred again today on 28 April. It was working properly from Saturday until Tuesday (24 to 27 April) without requiring manual intervention.

Just like the previous incident, the event timings keep getting pushed forward and never air (in the screenshot, they have been delayed by more than 14 hours), and I have to go to System and click Restart player manually again, to reset the timings.

Yes, we are experiencing the same problem, apparently related to time zone configuration. We’ve opened a ticket and await further guidance.

We're currently working on a scheduler problem. It appears to have something to do with time zones, we'll try to create a fix ASAP.

An update was released to fix the scheduled events not running problem that occurred on some accounts. We're sorry for the inconvenience it had caused.

Hope this helps just put this together real quick

Hi thanks for this im going to try this as I want the advert to kick out live stream connections and the reconnect after the advert has finished,

I wanted to know if you need to create a new mount point or can this work with the mount point /live? thanks again.

I have tried with many servers

some require mount point some do not

so it depends on if the server you connect to has a mount point, which most requiring does need

you will be able to use one encoder per connect

RadioBOSS Cloud 1.1

Changes

  • Improved reporting performance
  • connect/disconnect commands can be used in the scheduler
  • Reduced occasional appearance of Timeout and E0 errors
  • Fixed: current listeners list was empty for some streaming accounts
  • Fixed: help/quick start links do not work
  • Improved track list selection quality and diagnostics
Using connect and disconnect commands
  • Use connect or disconnect in the scheduled event to turn streaming on/off completely
  • Use connect N or disconnect N to control a specific encoder; N = 1 is the RadioBOSS Clous own connection to the server, N = 2 and up is Additional Encoders (2 - first encoder, 3 - second encoder etc).
Hi. Is it possible or is it in planning to be able to turn the live streaming on and off, so you can for instance schedule a live show to start at 1pm and say finish at 3pm . This would be great for my live djs. Many thanks.

This is planned for one of the upcoming updates. You'll be able to select an option like "Play on top of live streaming" to allow an event to silence the live stream and play instead.

Thats great. Have you any idea when this will happen. A simple enable and disable command would of worked, but what you are planning is brilliant.

Hi, I noticed that scheduled events are often playing out twice e.g. scheduled jingle at 20 past the hour, plays out 2 jingles (different ones, as per random selection from the folder). Doesn’t happen every time, but often. Please advise. Thanks!

Currently not.

Currently not.
Log is attached. The event at 15:40 correctly triggered once, but 15:50 and 16:00 both triggered twice (I highlighted the ID tracks). Thank you

The events are started only once. It could be that "Hot Hits" track existed in the playlist for some other reason - but it certainly did not come from the scheduled event. When the event starts (the one that uses Track List), it inserts only one track, it's not possible for it to insert more than one track.

Hi, thanks for your support. I hate to disagree, but: the ID tracks are all in separate folders, not in the playlist, and they are only played in via the scheduled events. Even if the IDs were somehow in the master playlist, it couldn't be a coincidence that another ID plays directly after a scheduled ID - the problem only ever occurs at the scheduled ID times, and it happens very often. Not sure what else to do here. As I mentioned, I have not changed any settings but this "double ID" issue just started up a few weeks ago. Thanks in advance if you have any further ideas.
