two things:
What about metadata for streaming OPUS? Icecast launched in May to a stable version with support for Opus. however still missing metadata streaming RadioBOSS / RadioCaster.

There are several radio stations that use metadata opus, eg:
http://dev.steamcast.com:80/xrm-ele.opus
Even RadioBOSS displays metadata of these streaming, but it does when transmitting.

In 2012 a feature request custom Buffer.
Then I had problems with the metadata, they came before the audio. (especially, for us it was very noticeable because we use 50 second buffer).

After this a prediction stored in the buffer time was implemented.
works well with small buffers, but with 50 seconds have offsets up to 30 seconds metadata compared to the audio, and that's a long time.

In Winamp counterpart, setting the buffer to 50 seconds, continue to appear immediately as it should be.

Would be good to improve this feature, and can not be improved more, add an option to "Disable adjustment metadata with audio". thus the delay could be added directly to any script metadata, external to RadioBOSS.
Metadata is important to us because they are then issued by RDS, why we place so much importance.
I asked about metadata and opus already good luck with that from what I found myself  going around and round in circles with that devs for opus and back here.

Another problem:
TrackTool bar (black line that moves on the wave of the songs)
After reaching the end of a song, if the song is already ahead will not moving much (is unmovable in the place I press the pointer)

It supports OPUS, but metadata updates from admin API are not supported for OPUS - this is how RB updates metadata on Icecast streams.
To support it the metadata for Icecast has to be changed significantly - it will be done in the future.

Do you mean metadata is being displayed ahead of the music?

This is a small bug, I know a while, but I always forget to report.
I have set up a buffer of 50 seconds, but in reality is 37.5 seconds.
since 75% of the load buffer playback begins.
It starts playback at 75%, but continues to fill the buffer.

Bug issuing time automatically.
playing time on the next song.
Can you please give more details on it?

Metadata for OPUS is tricky. It requires a lot of development effort to add a support for it.

This should be fixed in 5.2.0.5.

RadioBOSS 5.2.0.5: http://dl.djsoft.net/beta/radioboss_beta_5.2.0.5.exe

Changes:
- fixed lots of bugs (thanks to all beta testers!)
- listener number chart in Broadcasting Statistics

No, the problem is that synchronization failure. example
Audio: Eminem Ft Dido - Stan = 5:20:20 (hours: minutes: seconds).
Metadata: Eminem Ft Dido - Stan = 5:20:50 (hours: minutes: seconds).

This difference is always constant, metadata are delayed behind the audio.
If this can not be improved, prefer to turn it off entirely. (and llegen regarding the advanced audio metadata) and just adjust the delay with some script.

Immediately when it starts playing time, continuous radioboss with the next track. (And played the current time on the next track)
was played before the hour, and then continued with the next track.

OK, thanks for the info. The metadata sync will be either improved, or there'll be a way to turn it off.

Looks like you need to adjust crossfading settings for "Time Announcement" file type - set its "Mix" to zero.

Dmitry

May I use this beta on Air?
I can find bugs in a real situation.

Is this version very unstable?

There is a big problem with Behringer ASIO in RadioBOSS.
Please wait for the next update and let me know if the issue is still there.
The same annoying bug.
Reaper is still over RadioBOSS. It manages very well Behringer ASIO CP
I am very sad about that...  :-[

It's currently being tested here and the results are good. From stability point of view, it should be OK. Some new features can be buggy, though, especially the new "listener chart" - beware. All known critical bugs were fixed already.

It's in the queue to be fixed.

Not actually a bug report but after using Airtime and Sam B' I must say what a treat it is to use RadioBoss I am tryng out the beta on an old machine and the only problems are my own making, trying to do a test broadcast from the old machine and do the programing from another but that is just a learning curve, knowing which files to run from. But I am a convert and will buy this when released nice to move into the 21st century!

Doing programming from another PC is possible - the simplest way is to use a shared network folder. You can also use NAS drive for shared files.

Can you please also make a screenshot of Input settings? Also, was it a one-time thing, or it happens every time? What was changed before it started to happen?

Was on a PC wich I did not use it often.
I just installed latest version over the previous one.

There where no MIC input, no settings. Just used MIC and then... crash.

I play around with the mic and change some settings for input sound card but no crash here . May be only on WIN7 is happen ?

If you start it again, does it crash?

I don't think so. Windows 7 has never been an issue so far.
