I find it almost impossible for 90% of my audience to use VPN.djsoft said:An update on this issue. There's appears to be a bug in both numbers and countries - we'll address this issue ASAP.
My station was off on chrome browsers, I contacted Tunein to update "https" and the problem was solved.djsoft said:Should the TuneIn listing contain just an 'https' stream (one URL), or should it include an 'http' as well as an 'https' stream (two URL's)?

I have set several users for streaming, for our Live Ballgames, however, they have with JUST the setting "STREAMING" as user access to my billing and ticketing section. Also to Overview (Where they can use the files in folders to change whats playing) and "Information"...
Those areas are not accessible with only Streaming rights - it will not allow changing playlist and preform any actions. We can add a new rule - "Login" to prevent logging to the control panel completely, what do you think about it?

Also, another smaller issue: When downloading reports, (which we have to do month by month because it only allows max of 60 days, but thats ok) it would be great if you can select date range "from - To" in the same month. (because of the 60 days issue.
For example "July 1 - July 31" - So it takes all data (Report Type -> LIST) from:
July 1, 12.00.01 am - July 31, 11.59.59 pm
You're right - please check stats again, it should now show the correct data. The initial stats feature release had a bug.SertanejaPop said:I find it almost impossible for 90% of my audience to use VPN.
It only limits time span for a single report - not how much back can you go. You can have monthly report for any month up to 1 year back.Radio Radio said:Also, another smaller issue: When downloading reports, (which we have to do month by month because it only allows max of 60 days, but thats ok) it would be great if you can select date range "from - To" in the same month. Giant countdown seems like a situation-specific feature, so I'm not sure if many would benefit from it, I'm sorry.Radio Radio said:It would be great if there was a tap in the admin with just a giant clock with time + seconds till end of song (or file) and how many seconds next song or file is etc. Something what a DJ or Host can look at to take over live shows from automation etc. We use a large screen on roughly 14 feet away (3 meters) and never can see the next file/song/time/how many seconds minutes left etc. - I know this is a luxury, but it would DEF. a big help in making accurate tight radio.
This happens because of buffering, not because of server location. Without the buffer, your stream playback will be unstable, especially on slow connections. The buffer size is controlled in Settings->Advanced but I strongly recommend leaving it at the default value unless you know what you're doing and why (do you really need real-time radio, and does 10 second latency make any difference?).Radio Radio said:Question: Our radio stations are based in central US. My server is in Europe (paris?) We have a 10-12 second slack time. Would a server based in the US work faster with less slack? Would it be possible to move everything over? Please advice!
How often does it happen?SertanejaPop said:Transmission dropping frequently and this message appears at the top of the panel, see the print. This happens in others as players well.
This was happening yesterday with a frequency of 4 seconds, I suspected it was the Chrome browser because of "https" but besides not working on other browsers like edge and firefox I was using the "https" flow.djsoft said:How often does it happen?

Currently you should use the https links everywhere - please note that it's not enough to simply change http to https, as ports are different. Please get the links from the Infomration tab.SertanejaPop said:This was happening yesterday with a frequency of 4 seconds, I suspected it was the Chrome browser because of "https" but besides not working on other browsers like edge and firefox I was using the "https" flow.
A countdown timer, yes, but a huge one? We'll consider adding it in one of the future updates, or maybe add it as an API command.Radio Radio said:I personally believe EVERY DJ/HOST want a countdown Timer....
If you Live Stream you cant work without it.
Currently there's only equalizer (turned off by default) and volume leveling based on ReplayGain. Otherwise it comes as is.Richard Foster said:Is there any audio processing in radio boss cloud? It sounds good.. better than any other cloud automation systems we have tried ..
That's what I did, restarted and resolved, but I often say about three days. If I am not aware it is a problem because the ear drops, audio stops, then I have to be aware. It's not a problem?djsoft said:Also, when it happens it should be enough to restart the server only
We don't see this happening with other accounts. Please specify your account user name to check.SertanejaPop said:That's what I did, restarted and resolved, but I often say about three days. Actually, this happened twice, but I have noticed a general delay when accessing the panel, connection with streaming, I realized that other radios have a faster connection than mine.djsoft said:According to the logs for the past 30 days,
They are all served from the same connection, so I doubt it can be faster or slower. In your case, it appears to be some sort of Icecast bug that caused this behaviour. I think we should wait and see what happens next. At this point, I don't see a way to diagnose it.SertanejaPop said:Actually, this happened twice, but I have noticed a general delay when accessing the panel, connection with streaming, I realized that other radios have a faster connection than mine.
It happened again, today 03/25 check the logs, I had to restart the server, but until I did that the radio stopped, this instability compromises the credibility of the radio, I always praised the stability of the Radioboss Cloud, unfortunately I cannot say the same in time.djsoft said:I think we should wait and see what happens next
