Can you please give more information - what exactly doesn't work? Are there any error messages?

with my v2 shoutcast server free trial problem please
i can't connect to my v2 shoutcast server at all
If you can't connect, this may happen because you registered your account more than 2 weeks ago and it was inactive - those accounts are deleted automatically. You can login to your customer area: https://v2.radioboss.fm/whmcs/clientarea.php and check your stream hosting status.
Anyway, trial accounts are designed to just demonstrate the features, they are not supposed to be used for real world broadcasting. I'd suggest you to take the $5 plan if you want to use the fully-featured account.

Also, does the new server support an MP3 stream as the old one did? I have problems with ASX and some of the other streams on certain browsers.
If you're talking about AutoDJ, then if you're using Shoutcast v2 you'll need MP3 License ($5), please see this page for the details: https://v2.radioboss.fm/features/auto-dj/
You don't need a license if you're using an Icecast server.
If you're broadcasting yourself, you can use MP3/OGG/AAC without any limitations and with any server type.

I've been off-the-air for a few hours, and I can't access http://s1.radioboss.fm. Problems there?
The old version of radioboss.fm has been shut down (as was said in the first post in August 2013 "The current free version of radioboss.fm will be discontinued soon.") - I'm sorry the exact shutdown date hasn't been mentioned.
You can use the new https://v2.radioboss.fm for your streams. If features new control panel and has many features (and also more reliable). Plans start at $5/month. I'm sorry for the inconvenience...
